Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation online. If you are under 21 you must call the office to make a reservation.
A 2 night minimum stay is required for all reservations.
Reduced rate for children 16 and under staying with parents.
No pets - we do not have any pet friendly rooms at this time.
Guests are required to follow all current Ontario Covid-19 Rules and Guidelines.
No visitors - for the duration of the pandemic, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
A Damage/Security Deposit is required with all reservations.

Luxury Suites - Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape, our suites are located in a separate building across from the motel. In the summer, keep cool with the air conditioning and in the colder months curl up in front of the fireplace to beat the chill.

Riverside Cabins - These spacious cabins are comfortable for up to 6 guests with two queen beds and one queen futon. Each cottage has a private fire pit, gas BBQ and a covered deck with a picnic table overlooking the Ausable River. Nestled between the trees, the cottages are relaxing, remote and perfect for any occasion.

Guest House - One of the most unique accommodation options in Grand Bend. With cantal air conditioning and heat, the Guest House sleeps up to 16 people in 1500 square feet of group oriented cottage space with dormitory style sleeping facilities. The large kitchen, dining and sitting area will be a focal point for your indoor activities and the private covered deck, gas BBQ and picnic tables complete the cottage atmosphere.
